AbyGael is a passionate and creative hairstylist who loves everything "beauty." Originally from Merced, California AbyGael’s upbringing involved moving frequently, attending 16 schools across the State of California. This nomadic lifestyle created a deep appreciation for diversity and adaptability.

AbyGael started her hair journey at Beau Monde Academy in Portland, Oregon where she earned her full cosmetology license. She further refined her skills through an apprenticeship under talented stylists Ambrosia Carey and Josette Arvette, where she discovered a passion for blonding and color techniques. A brief return to California made her realize her love for Portland. Now, she proudly brings her talents to Ginger & Maude. Her commitment to continuous education ensures she stays up to date on industry trends.

Beyond the salon, AbyGael is dedicated to personal growth, striving to become the highest version of herself. She finds joy in life’s simple pleasures and seeks beauty in the little things. Her free time is spent exploring nature on sunny days, discovering new cafes, playing Nintendo, or enjoying music at home with her beloved cat, Black Eddy Spaghetti.
