Because we are all about being fierce changemakers at Ginger, we are donating $1,000 a month to charities we aggressively appreciate for the work they do to uplift, light up, and elevate this collective human experience. This month, we shine our light and proudly hand over our dolla dolla bills to the Loveland Foundation.

Here at Ginger Salon, mental health is VERY important to us. You can't be a great stylist if you're not feeling your best mentally and physically. Ginger has always been understanding if a stylist needs to take a mental health day, and because of our amazing insurance, stylists also have access to mental health services like therapy. Unfortunately therapy is not always financially possible for everyone, which is why Ginger Salon is excited to offer our support this month to the Loveland Foundation.

The Loveland Foundation was established in 2018 by Rachel Cargle in response to her fundraiser, Therapy for Black Women and Girls. Through partnerships with Therapy for Black Girls, National Queer & Trans Therapists of Color Network, Talkspace, and Open Path Collective, the Loveland Therapy Fund will provide access to comprehensive lists of mental health professionals across the country that will provide high quality, culturally competent services to Black women and girls.

Ginger Salon is so excited to donate to the Loveland Therapy Fund, where our contribution will provide 8 therapy sessions. If you would like to join us in donating or just want to learn more about the Loveland Foundation, please visit their website at https://www.thelovelandfoundation.org/

"I am in awe of Rachel and her passion toward mental health. It is voices like hers that are pushing all of us toward a greater understanding of the human condition. I have recently experienced how vital mental health care and therapy can be for someone and I am thankful to know we can help facilitate that for others through the Loveland Foundation" -Stina, co-owner and stylist
