New Talent (Apprentice)

A New Talent must have graduated from cosmetology school, have an Oregon Hair Design license, and want to learn while working with a team. They must be actively seeking the knowledge to provide services for curly and highly textured hair. A willingness to learn and perform services for all hair types is required. Ginger & Maude's apprenticeship training lasts for up to a year and includes behind the chair services. Graduation from the apprenticeship is complete when both the Educational Director and the New Talent feel confident in their timing and skills. New Talents must be must be available for schedules that could include Saturday and Sundays.
