Partners in Diversity is a nonprofit organization with a mission to create economic prosperity in Oregon and southwest Washington by working with employers to attract, retain, and develop professionals of color and diversity influencers, and a vision for a thriving, diverse, and welcoming community in which all people can work, live, and belong.
Through this membership, we will have access to more educational and networking opportunities, allowing us to further our commitment to inclusivity, support diversity within our team, and help build stronger and more equitable communities.
